Returns
Our Policy
We hope you love whatever you’ve ordered from Ophelia & Indigo but if for some reason it’s not right, customers can return unworn items (labels intact and in original packaging please) for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt of goods. We also offer exchanges, subject to item availability.
Once we have reviewed your return and checked it, we will begin the refund/exchange process.
Returns for our North America customers will be subject to an $8 return fee deducted from your refund.
We do however, reserve the right to reject items that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy. They will be returned to you and will be subject to a $15/£10 restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on sale items that are discounted 30% off or more.
North America Customers

Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all the items back to us using the label provided in original packaging.
Please note that all domestic returns will be subject to a standard return label fee of $8.00 in the United States and $12.00 for returns from Canada and Mexico.
Refunds will be issued within 10 days of us receiving your item(s) though we will occasionally take longer at busy times throughout the year. Please allow up to a further 7 days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
UK Customers
